If you do not meet and you want to cancel the booked time, you can notify us by e-mail or telephone! If for some reason you are unable to show up at the salon at the reserved time, please let us know in time! Due to the fact that the reorganization will take time, cancellation / change of date is possible free of charge 48 hours before the booked time (by e-mail or telephone) taking into account the opening hours.
